This two-story single-family residence located in the Valley of Cumbayá embraces a contemporary approach based on openness, natural light, and a harmonious relationship with its surroundings. The design is composed of a clear prismatic volume, partially elevated to free the ground level and create a seamless transition between the indoor living spaces and the garden with pool.
The main façade —characterized by expansive glazing, exposed steel structure, and vertical wooden slats— offers constant visual contact with the Andean landscape. The use of noble materials such as concrete, glass, and wood enhances the warmth and timelessness of the house.
The layout includes open-plan social areas (living, dining, kitchen) on the ground floor extending toward the exterior, while the upper level hosts the private quarters. The master suite enjoys generous space, privacy, and an en-suite bathroom. A neutral palette, wooden ceilings, and abundant natural light create a calm and refined atmosphere throughout.
