Located atop a cliff overlooking the Pacific in Jama, this beach house is conceived as a contemporary pavilion fully open to the horizon. Its lightweight steel structure defines a linear, transparent volume that subtly floats above the terrain. Expansive glass panels provide uninterrupted visual connection to the ocean, while the sober, monochromatic interiors enhance contemplation and rest. The use of dark materials contrasted with natural light creates a refined atmosphere of calm. The integration of kitchen, dining, and outdoor lounge reinforces a fluid, open logic inherent to coastal living. This home represents a synthesis of architectural precision, sensory pleasure, and respect for the natural environment.
